I didn’t receive my ticket email. What should I do?2025-05-07T15:53:29+00:00

The best way to retrieve your tickets:

  1. Set up an Account with the email address associated with your payment.
  2. Go to My Account on the menu tab.
  3. Select “Orders” from the tab options
  4. Select your order.
  5. Tickets will be available for download or you can save to your wallet.

 

 

 

If you’ve created an account and your ticket email didn’t arrive within 5–10 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder.

YES, we recommend creating one through the My Account page to:

  • Easily access and re-download your tickets

  • Track your orders

  • Save time at checkout

Are tickets refundable?2025-05-01T17:10:10+00:00

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for weather, illness, acts of God, or artist cancellations.
If an event is canceled by the promoter, you will be notified and any available refund or credit options will be provided at that time. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?2025-05-01T17:12:10+00:00

Yes! Tickets can be downloaded and added to your Google Wallet, Apple Wallet, or any smart wallet app. Tickets are scanned at the entrance, and we do not check ID, so you’re welcome to pass your ticket along if you can’t attend.

Just be sure to secure your tickets — anyone with access to the barcode can use them.

What payment methods do you accept?2025-05-01T17:12:34+00:00

We use PayPal to process payments securely — but you don’t need a PayPal account to use it.
You can pay using any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) right through PayPal’s secure checkout system.

Do I need to print my ticket?2025-05-01T17:12:51+00:00

Nope! You can show your ticket on your phone at the event.
We also recommend downloading or screenshotting your ticket in advance in case of poor signal at the venue.

Can I buy tickets at the door?2025-05-01T17:13:13+00:00

It depends on the event. Many of our events do sell out in advance, so we always recommend buying online to guarantee your spot.
If door tickets are available, it will be noted in the event listing.
