1. Eligibility & Responsibility
By submitting an event, you confirm that:

You are authorized to represent the event and provide accurate, up-to-date information.

You have secured all required permits, insurance, licenses (e.g., AGLC if serving alcohol), and approvals for the event.

You are solely responsible for the delivery, safety, and conduct of the event.
2. Event Promotion & Listing

Lakeland Events reserves the right to edit, refuse, or remove event listings for any reason.

You grant us a non-exclusive license to promote your event across our website, social media, and promotional materials.

We are not responsible for typographical errors or miscommunication if the event details provided by you are inaccurate.
3. Ticket Sales (if applicable)

If tickets are sold through our platform, Lakeland Events may charge a service fee, which will be disclosed and agreed upon in advance.

You are responsible for fulfilling all aspects of the event for ticket holders.

You agree to clearly state your refund or cancellation policy. If the event is canceled or rescheduled, you must notify us immediately to inform ticket holders.
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lakeland Events, its staff, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of:

5. Legal Compliance
You agree to comply with all federal, provincial, and municipal laws in the planning and execution of your event.
