Thank you for supporting local events through lakelandevents.ca. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any purchases.

All Sales Are Final

All ticket sales, registration fees, and purchases made through lakelandevents.ca are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Event tickets

  • Workshops or program registrations

  • Fundraising event participation fees

  • Merchandise (if applicable)

No Refunds or Account Credits

We do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including:

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Weather conditions

  • Illness or personal circumstances

  • Event dissatisfaction

  • Missed attendance

  • Event changes (such as time, venue, or lineup adjustments)

Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, we will communicate any options made available by the organizer. However, Lakeland Events does not guarantee any form of refund or compensation unless explicitly offered by the event host.

Postponed or Rescheduled Events

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket may remain valid for the new date. In such cases, no refunds or credits will be issued.
