The best way to retrieve your tickets:
- Set up an Account with the email address associated with your payment.
- Go to My Account on the menu tab.
- Select “Orders” from the tab options
- Select your order.
- Tickets will be available for download or you can save to your wallet.

If you’ve created an account and your ticket email didn’t arrive within 5–10 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Not in your account under ORDERS? No worries — just email us at admin@lakelandconnect.net
