We do not offer refunds for cancellations due to weather conditions, illness, travel disruptions, artist cancellations, acts of God, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

In the event of a cancellation or significant change, ticket holders will be notified by email with further instructions, if applicable. Any decisions regarding potential refunds, rescheduling, or alternative compensation are made solely by the promoter and may vary by event.

Vendor, Performer, and Service Provider Cancellation Policy

All vendor, performer, and service provider agreements with Lakeland Events are considered final upon confirmation and payment.
No refunds, reimbursements, or compensation will be provided for cancellations due to weather conditions, illness, travel disruptions, acts of God, artist changes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Lakeland Events.

Cancellations of an event, performance, or activation are at the sole discretion of the event promoter or organizer.
In the event of a cancellation or schedule change:

  • Vendors, performers, and service providers will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

  • Lakeland Events assumes no responsibility for any costs, losses, or damages incurred as a result of the cancellation or change.

By confirming participation or contracting services with Lakeland Events, vendors, performers, and service providers acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
