Completing this form does not guarantee my business a booth at the market. This is an application form. A representative will contact you, and if approved, the booth is only secured when payment is made.
Ribfest Small Business Market is an outdoor event, and no weather, illness, or cancellation-related refunds will be issued.
Refunds are only issued 24 hours after booking confirmation and before July 15, 2025.
Booths are secured on a first-come, first-serve basis with a limit on competing businesses.
We will limit the number of vendors offering similar products to ensure vendors are successful and the market is appealing to consumers.
Limits will be determined on the size of the market.
What this means is that as more vendors book, we may be able to space the market so that more competing businesses can join.
Set-up begins at 9:00am daily. Vendors must be ready to sell products by 11:00am daily. Take down begins at 7:00pm. No early takedown.
Bookings are first-come, first-serve with form and payment completed.
Included in the $150+gst booth fee is:
- 10×10 booth
- Two Tables & Two Chairs
- Two Exhibitor badges
- General event advertising
- Inclusion in social media promotions
