Location: Various Lakeland Events
Compensation: Paid to your non-profit group
Eligibility: Must be 13 years or older (parental consent required for minors)

Some jobs don’t fit neatly into a box—but they’re still essential to making events run smoothly! If your group is flexible, dependable, and ready to lend a hand wherever needed, this is the perfect way to fundraise while being part of the action.

Possible Responsibilities:

• Ticket taking and wristbanding at entrances

• Runners between event stations or vendors

• Refilling supplies (napkins, water, sanitizer, etc.)

• Light clean-up and garbage collection

• Helping guests find seating or giving directions

• Supporting setup or teardown before/after the event

• Other general tasks assigned by event supervisors

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 13 years old

• Parent or guardian consent required for youth under 18

• Flexible and able to take direction on the go

• Friendly, helpful attitude

• Team-focused and comfortable working in a busy environment

• Comfortable on your feet and lifting light items if needed
