Eligibility: Must be 18+ and ProServe certified (Alberta)

We’re looking for friendly, energetic individuals to serve food and beverages at upcoming events throughout the Lakeland region. This is a great opportunity to raise money for your non-profit group while gaining hands-on experience in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to event guests

• Take orders and serve food and alcoholic beverages responsibly

• Follow all AGLC (Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis) regulations and event-specific guidelines

• Check ID and monitor alcohol consumption as required

• Operate POS (point of sale) systems or handle cash when needed

• Assist with setup, restocking, and cleaning duties during and after shifts

• Work collaboratively with other team members and event staff

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Valid ProServe certification required (Alberta)

• Previous serving or bartending experience is an asset, but not required

• Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a busy setting

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
